Predict & Follow My Parcel
It's always been more difficult to deliver to home addresses than business premises. That's why we've developed a unique interactive service that advises your customers when their packages will arrive with a one hour delivery window, along with the ability to track their delivery on a real-time map.

Follow My Parcel
What's more, Follow My Parcel enables customers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, with a 15 minute time slot also provided.
To take advantage of these great services, just make sure that you share your customers' mobile phone numbers and email addresses with us, so we can send them notifications to give them maximum information and choice.

Application Programming Interface (API)
DPD's APIs enable customers to integrate key functionality - such as parcel shipping, tracking and returns - directly into their own website or enterprise system. This will allow you to enjoy all of our great services in your own environment, while you will also enjoy greater efficiencies.

DPD's EDI integration enables customers to fully integrate key functionality - such as parcel shipping and tracking - directly within their own WMS or ERP systems. This can provide customers and 3rd party developers enhanced control over the label and end-of-day manifest data processes.

All of DPD's drivers carry a Saturn CN70, which is at the cutting-edge of handheld technology - it puts us light years ahead of our competitors.
CN70 increases the speed at which information can be passed to and from DPD's national customer services department, and also significantly enhances proof of delivery quality. What's more, with data integrity in excess of 99.75%, it's a virtually flawless system.
CN70 also has an in-built camera, meaning our drivers can take photos when they leave a calling card or when they deliver to a neighbour or a safe place. Images are then available for customers to view via the website, which will help to reduce the number of queries you have to handle.
How does it work?On delivery, the driver will take the unit and the consignment to the recipient, who will be asked to use a special pen to sign and print their name on the CN70 screen. The information is downloaded and transmitted to DPD's customer services department, providing fast, accurate proof of delivery information.
The use of electronic signature and handwriting recognition software allows CN70 to reproduce a perfect copy of the recipient's signature, which is then available on the web.
